TechFW Client Embarks on Patient Engagement Platform Called Patient Connect 360

DALLAS, TX and PUNE, INDIA, August 18, 2017Inc. magazine has ranked CompuMatrice No. 2350 on its 2017 Inc. 5000 list, an exclusive ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

Companies that made the 36th annual list, on average, grew six-fold since 2013; the economy has grown 6.7 percent. They are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2013-2016. CompuMatrice grew 154% during that period.

CompuMatrice is soon to bring to market its AI-enabled patient engagement platform under the brand name Patient Connect 360. The platform is made up of three components: a) an Electronic Medical Record (EMR); b) a Patient Portal; and c) a Physician Portal. The platform uses AI and machine learning and relies on collaborative filtering, content-based filtering and context-aware filtering to create the optimum patient provider collaboration.

 

By identifying and monitoring more than 30 interaction points, from physician search through appointment scheduling, medical data management and secured communication, the Patient Connect 360 Platform is completely differentiated from the legacy patient and physician portals.

 

“Our differentiator in enabling the value-based journey for U.S.-based clinics will be focused on improving quality and clinical practice improvement, reducing cost and advancing health information, all of which are key tenets of merit-based incentive payment system (MIPS), payments and practice transformation alignment,” said Dutta, who previously worked in leadership roles at IBM, CSC, Satyam and Sprint.
